Outback GutterVac Franchise’s Managing Director Scott O’Hara Touts Expansion Plans
Noble Brands’ resources and expertise are driving unprecedented growth phase
There are strong starts, and then there are stratospheric starts. After more than a year of research, development and field tests, Outback GutterVac gutter cleaning franchise launched at FranChoice ’16 — it’s been off to the races for America’s premier gutter cleaning franchise.
“We just came off our launch at FranChoice ’16 and had an unbelievable launch with them,” says Outback GutterVac Managing Director Scott O’Hara, who added that the brand is drawing a lot of attention quickly. “We especially saw a lot of excitement from the consultants and received really great feedback from them.”
Outback GutterVac’s proprietary ThunderVac™ Technology Process took Australia by storm, rapidly saturating the market. Now with the launch of a nationwide franchise system in the U.S., we are poised for rapid expansion. Outback GutterVac delivers an easily scalable business with multiple recurring revenue streams, and franchise owners enjoy the pride that comes with providing homeowners a vital link between protecting their investment and health. With startup costs ranging from $93,900 to $120,750, we’re poised for explosive growth.
Our franchisees benefit from our relationship with one of the nation’s top franchise brands while they’re a major component of our innovative and rapid growth.
Outback GutterVac franchise leverages ShelfGenie and Noble Brands
Outback GutterVac is the sister company of ShelfGenie, a nationally recognized leader in Glide-Out shelving franchising that has consistently been ranked in Entrepreneur magazine’s Franchise 500. ShelfGenie and Outback GutterVac are part of Noble Brands, and this relationship allows Outback GutterVac to leverage the extensive experience of a top-shelf leadership team and a deep well of franchise experience and resources.
Outback GutterVac franchise owners benefit from industry-leading branding, a national 800-number, and our state-of-the-art Business Support Center, which manages all sales calls and customer follow-ups for franchise owners who, in turn, use our proprietary Jackaroo CRM system to manage virtually every aspect of the business. When combined, these systems take the guesswork out of managing and growing a gutter cleaning franchise and position our brand to grow geometrically in the coming months.
“We’re scaled to grow and to grow very, very quickly,” Scott says. “With our launch at FranNet in October, we’re going to see another big spike in leads and new franchisees coming on board. We offer a tremendous opportunity for prospective franchise owners to get in on the ground floor of a revolutionary business.”
Gutter cleaning poised for explosive growth in untapped market
Though Outback GutterVac only officially launched its national franchise operation at FranChoice ’16 in July, we’ve outlined an ambitious goal to complete as many as 70 new territories in our first 12 months of franchising.
We’re celebrating our first four franchise territories, and more are on the way. Our first franchisee, Michael Dunn, is introducing the brand to Lafayette, Louisiana. In Duluth, Georgia, partners Ryan Fox and Brett Mattison have converted their test license into a three-territory franchise development.
“We’ve got four in the books, and we’re going to keep going,” Scott says. “We’re not turning around anytime soon. It’s an exciting time to be a part of Outback GutterVac right now.”
